You can either follow the rules or make the rules.
We can help both ways… the choice is yours!
We have a dedicated team for your projects.

Technical consultants
Technical implementation teams

We build innovation teams who are able to analyse the problem, come up with ideas based on digital technology, prototype, test and iterate till the desired product/service is achieved and finally implements and puts in production the new solution.
We use Design Thinking methodology for the first steps of the process till the approval of the prototype, Lean methodology to optimise the selected solution and finally Agile to implement and deploy it to production.

As the desired collaboration model is the Strategic Partnership between Upcom and the client organisation, we build/participate in joint teams who work on the problem as one. Upcom usually brings the knowledge of the methodology and the technological background, while the client brings the business knowledge in the perimeter of the organisation

To succeed, methodology coaches are needed. Upcom may offer them, if the client does not have. The coaches make sure the methodology is well understood by all involved persons and guides them through the implementation.

Digital transformation is about digital, therefore consultants with extensive experience in digital projects are required. Upcom provides the technical consultants with very good overall technology understanding, frequently specialised in a specific technical area. They bring the technology capabilities and limits on the discussion table, so that business users may choose more easily.

Traditionally, an IT Solutions company, Upcom can take part in the implementation of the prototypes and the final solution. We can even continuously monitor the solution, make sure it runs without problem, identify areas of improvement and continuously implement changes and deploy to the production environment.

“If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.”

Design Thinking – the designer’s way of thinking is a methodology, not art.
It is a human-centered approach, solving wicked problems in a viable, feasible and desirable way.
The difference between Business Thinking and Design Thinking is the user’s empathy and understanding.
Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test are the steps who drive us to create innovative products or services.

Design Thinking

Not just IT… DT!

Our team consists of consultants that are highly trained in the Design Thinking model which we implement successfully in every project we take on. It is a process that puts the user and his experience first, a process that is continuous so that it always lives up to his expectations.

Our task is to be able to see through his eyes in order to always remain at the forefront of technological advancement. In a world where technology is running rampant, successful businesses that seek to go digital should be implementing this model in every process, service or product in order to provide their staff and clients with the best possible experience. Upcom will stand by your side and show you the way!

AI (Artificial Intelligence)

In the twenty-first century, AI techniques have experienced a resurgence following concurrent advances in computer power, large amounts of data, and theoretical understanding; and AI techniques have become an essential part of the technology industry, helping to solve many challenging problems in computer science.

IoT (Internet of Things)

The Internet of Things revolves around increased machine-to-machine communication; it’s built on cloud computing and networks of data-gathering sensors; it’s mobile, virtual, and instantaneous connection; and they say it’s going to make everything in our lives from streetlights to seaports “smart.”

AR (Augmented Reality)

Augmented reality (AR) is a live direct or indirect view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are “augmented” by computer-generated or extracted real-world sensory input such as sound, video, graphics, hapticsor GPS dat

VR (Virtual Reality)

Virtual reality (VR) is a computer technology that uses virtual reality headshets or multi-projected environments, sometimes in combination with physical environments or props, to generate realistic images, sounds and other sensations that simulate a user’s physical presence in a virtual or imaginary environment. A person using virtual reality equipment is able to “look around” the artificial world, and with high quality VR move around in it and interact with virtual features or items.

By allowing digital information to be distributed but not copied, blockchain technology created the backbone of a new type of internet. Originally devised for the digital currency,Bitcoin, the tech community is now finding other potential uses for the technology.

Big data analytics is the process of examining large and varied data sets — i.e., big data — to uncover hidden patterns, unknown correlations, market trends, customer preferences and other useful information that can help organizations make more-informed business decisions.

Mobile app development presents specific challenges: not just different operating systems and devices,
but also display sizes and on-device features.

There has been tremendous growth in the number of mobile and smartphone users over the last few years with
users gaining more awareness and eagerness to take advantage of such devices.

End users today expect elegant and easy-to-use mobile apps.

For the past few years, most BPM software providers have been focusing on developing low-code capabilities. i.e software that doesn’t require almost any development experience to use. Depending on the software, this is done through different means. Some use BPMN2 with drag & drop graphs. Others, such as Tallyfy, have their
own proprietary process design model.

Low-code allows you to build apps within minutes, rather than months. The traditional BPM adoption process – months
of planning, researching and development – is replaced with a simple 5-minutes registration.
