The risk-based collaboration schemes are characterised by the partition of the complete project risk between the two parties. From the common services contract scheme, where Upcom bears responsibility on the project IT implementation, to the partnership model, where both parties share costs and risk there is a big difference. This difference is regularly expressed financially, but may also contain other elements important for one or both parties.
